One of Canberra’s three finalists in a reality TV search for supermodels has made it into the top three.

Simone Vilijoen, a fashion design student at CIT, is up against Eboni Stocks from Hobart and Jessica French from Brisbane to take out the title of Australia’s Next Top Model.

The Canberra Times reported today that Ms Vilijoen prefers being in the background, rather than the one in front of the camera.

“My ultimate goal is to do styling,” she told them. “I would love to be on the other side of the camera eventually, or backstage dressing the models.” She also said she sees modelling as just a job, not a lifestyle.

Word on the street is that Simone’s now back sipping lattes in Kingston.

I prefer the title from TSSH – “Australia’s Next Top Crackwhore” for this brain destroying program that I watch on occasions in the hope of catching a glimpse of a naked breast.

David, that’s a bit sexist, isn’t it?

or backstage dressing the models.

Actually, i’d like to see her backstage undressing the models, but that’s just me.

thankfully they appear to be nowhere near being h-ugly

Perhaps I should have written the last sentence as: However, word on the street is Simone’s now back sipping lattes in Kingston.

She very might win it too. Eboni has a neck/back problem and Jessica is a little curvy. But, then again she has been labled as being a bit short – So who knows!
