Whilst dragging yourself around civic centre for xmas stuff on saturday pop your head into Gorman House markets – its so close
I went there on saturday – really lovely venue/gardens – very mellow, was a lady there selling delicious home made cakes
and couple of girls selling their cute arty jewellery – its not all at bus depot
sorry – seemed a good go at self-promo, so i bit… but at least i kept the thread alive! only thought that ’cause there are usually so many other jewels at the g-house… i do try to get anu silver smiths students or similar to make my jewelry, as it happens; touche! ; ) thanks for the update on g-house – it has fallen off my visiting radar of late, must get there for xmas gifts.

thanks – i dont make any of that stuff .. seems we cannot compliment these days – shame – you stick to buying from an anonymous, corporate source and i will buy from a creative, hard working student ..
Nothing at all wrong with the punctuation there Avy!
what sort of arty jewelry does no.6 make and sell?
Hmm, xmas – x marks the spot where Christ has been taken out of Christmas.
Avy, did you miss the comma?
I agree, punctuation is overrated. A hyphen, at most, is all anyone would ever need.
Were there many stalls there – I walked through the other week and it was really quiet and not many stalls.
The food is great though – definitely worth it to pop by for lunch. My favourite is the etheopian.
