Police have allegedly seized two vials containing anabolic steroids, cash and 250 grams of cocaine worth about $100,000 while executing a search warrant in O’Connor.
Members from ACT Policing’s Territory Targeting Team and Drugs and Organised Crime Team executed the warrant for the Macarthur Avenue residence at about 6:20 pm on Thursday (22 June).
A 41-year-old man was home at the time, and was charged with drug trafficking, possession of anabolic steroids and possession of property suspected of being proceeds of crime.
Officers also located a 2018 Subaru WRX sedan, and three motorcycles – a 2015 Harley Davidson VRS, a 2020 Ducati Panigale, and a 2018 Yamaha YZF-R1 – during the search warrant.
Police will be applying to restrain the vehicles under the Confiscation of Criminal Assets Act 2003.
The arrested man is scheduled to front ACT Magistrates Court on Friday (23 June).
