ACT Policing is calling for witnesses to an aggravated robbery at the McDonalds restaurant in Conder Tuesday, September 4.
Around 8.40pm a man entered the store with a knife and demanded money from employees.
Employees complied with the offender’s instructions and he left the store. He was seen running across Tharwa Drive in a South-West direction.
The man is described as having a slim build, approximately 168cm (5’6”) tall, wearing a red hooded jumper with white writing on the front, dark coloured tracksuit pants with white stripes down the sides of the legs, dark coloured shoes and yellow gloves. His face was covered by black material.
Anyone who may have witnessed the robbery or is able to assist police with their enquiries is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
