A 27-year-old man who crashed his black Skoda hatch into Goulburn Police Station’s front fence at 1:00 am this morning (5 March) has been charged with high range drink driving.

The man returned a blood alcohol concentration of 0.171 – more than three times the legal limit. He was walked into the station after the crash by officers working in the station at the time.

No one was injured in the crash and police spoke to the driver and its four male occupants immediately following the collision.

He is due to face Goulburn Local Court on 25 March.
