End of lease cleaning advice wanted

I recently moved out from a rented apartment in Watson to our first new home in Bonner.

The real estate mob recommended http://kingscarpetcleaningcanberra.com.au/ for end of lease cleaning.

Had no issues and got our bond back.

Would surely recommend them.

I’d suggest using the people the real estate/owner reccomends. We did this and have had no issues. It’s slightly more expensive but worth it.

I just recently used Jim’s Cleaning with Ab’s in Braddon. They had the place cleaner than when we moved in! I wasn’t that impressed with End of Lease cleaning a couple of years ago but the good thing about getting the cleaners is that they should guarantee their work will pass the inspection by the real estate agent.

we recently used Privilege Cleaning and they were excellent…….my goodness they worked hard!!! and the work was very thorough. We included the carpet cleaning and some outdoor work. In hindsight, i think i would exclude the carpet cleaning and arrange carpet cleaning through someone like Morgans, but for the $$ that Privilege charged, the result was perfectly acceptable. We were absolutely delighted with Privilege’s results and would definitely go back to them again.
