Victorian Green Salad – Fresh and crisp Victorian lettuce tossed with crunchy cucumber, capsicum, onion and fresh tomatoes
Thai Beef Salad – Sliced beef, Thai herbs with lime and chilli dressing
Potato Salad – with sour cream, fresh dill and crispy bacon
Caesar Salad – Old school Caesar salad tossed with croutons and creamy Caesar dressing on the side

Beef sausages, rump steak, grilled prawns, jacket chat potatoes, corn on the cob and onions. Served with mustards, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce and gravy

Riverina spring lamb leg – Marinated slow roasted spring lamb leg served with lamb jus and mint jelly
