Following a sell-out first dinner, Les Bistronomes are hosting a second truffle dinner!
The menu features traditional French cuisine, infused with decadent truffle flavours.

Menu (no changes allowed):
- L’amuse-bouche: truffle egg custard, brioche soldiers
- La soupe de châtaignes: chestnut soup, apple and truffle jellies
- La truite truffée: confit trout and truffle scallop mousse terrine, swiss chard, truffle beurre blanc
- La volaille en croute de cendre: ash crusted Tathra place truffled chicken breast, Madeira jus, Paris mash
- La crème brulée à la truffe: truffled crème brulée, flambéed with Cointreau
