Facebook brings word of an intriguing book and exhibition:
I successfully applied for funding for my project as part of the Canberra Centenary program and this has made it possible for me to bring all the portraits together in an exhibition during 2013 at M16 Artspace in Canberra.
The opening night is Thursday 9th May at 6pm and the exhibition runs till 26th May.
This is also an opportunity to launch the ‘Faces of Canberra’ book. This is a 60 page full colour publication with all the portraits and the portrait subjects stories.
The ‘Faces of Canberra’ book will be available for sale at both exhibition venues for $30.
THERE ARE LIMITED COPIES AVAILABLE
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a copy, these will be available for collection at the exhibition venues while the ‘Faces of Canberra’ portraits are on show.
If copies are still available the book can still be ordered after the exhibition by contacting Barbara van der Linden at
email@example.com to place an order and organize collection.
