The final stages of a strikingly modern, mid-century-inspired complex overlooking the Molonglo Valley are well underway. However, the opportunity to move in by the end of 2024 is still a possibility.

Located along John Gorton Drive, Denman Prospect, Boulevard has been under construction for more than three years, and as the project nears completion, the very final releases are on sale.

The three-building complex offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments and LJ Hooker director and development manager James Herbert says now is the time to secure a home.

“We have sold about 80 per cent of the 396 units, but what’s great now is that most of the first block, building C, is completely finished, so people can walk in, have a look around and buy their new place then and there,” James says.

“You don’t often get the chance to do that these days since most people buy off the plan.”

“The display apartments have been open since mid-March, and the response to that has been overwhelming.”

Boulevard is a self-sustaining, amenity-rich, walkable urban neighbourhood within Denman Prospect, and the precinct-style project is by leading developer and builder Core Developments.

“Core Developments is a great family-run company. They have put a lot of love into the project and it really shows in the way the apartments have been built,” James says.

Each apartment boasts elegant features and fixtures, as well as beautifully crafted large window frames, providing a sun-soaked living experience through the luxury of mid-century modern design. All apartments offer a choice of three different colour schemes with modern interior and exterior features.

Boulevard is perfect for the nature lover, with plenty of trees surrounding the area and walking tracks close by.

Denman Prospect Club Lime gym and the Denman Village shops are within walking distance.

The final building in the complex, set to be completed by the end of 2024, will also include a beautiful pool and rooftop open-air lounge areas, all of which are open to the use of residents from across the complex.

James says he’s thrilled with the development and the response from the public.

“The buildings have a distinctive design that draws people in.

“It’s really been a great project. I think it’s going to be a great addition to Denman and Canberra as a whole. We can’t wait to keep selling and see the community grow.”
