The small print…
How long will it take? The survey takes between 5-10 minutes depending on how much you have to tell us.
Who is running the study? LeeJenn Health Consultants (www.leejenn.com.au) are health experts who have been asked by ACT Health to look at health services for young people in the ACT. In addition to this online survey we are talking to young people, to parents and to service providers (like doctors, nurses and youth workers) to find out what’s working and what’s not for young people’s health in the ACT.
How do I know it is OK to do the survey?
This survey has been approved by the ACT Health Ethics Committee. This means that it has been checked and has been found to protect your rights and not contain anything ethically or morally wrong. What happens to my answers?
No-one sees your actual answers except for LeeJenn Health Consultants. Your answers to the survey are combined and no identifying information (like your name or email) is kept with your answers.
