Firefighters are currently on scene at Carina Street, Ngunnawal following a fire in a lounge room.
House was vacant at the time of the fire.
ACT Fire & Rescue has extinguished the fire and are currently conducting ventilation operations.
Two fire pumpers on scene, the Breathing Apparatus Van and one Commander.
Crews were alerted following an Emergency Triple Zero (000) call at 10.28am
ACT Ambulance Service are also on scene supporting operations but no injuries have been reported at this stage.
