How Belco are you?

By johnboy - 3 June 2009 30

In the fine tradition of Belcompton and “Belco” tattoos Facebook brings us the “How well do you know Belco” quiz, which bills itself thusly:

Facts and s*** about Belco to prove how well you actually know the home of the sickest mother****ers.

According to the quiz (and we all know facebook quizzes are never wrong) I am “A real Belco mofo”, as are all my friends who’ve taken the quiz.

So Respekt Yo!

(Waiting to see a tuggers quiz)

I am also ‘A real Belco mofo’ and I think I’m happy… though its probably not something I’ll brag about

I am so Belco that Tuggeranong was started up so young thugs could carve out a reputation of their own and not live under mine.

Question 8; The answer is the Labor Club, not the Labour Club. Whoever wrote the quiz must’ve lived in Belconnen for about 5 minutes.

A real quiz about Belconnen would at least have a question about the Hungry Horse and/or Captain Kiddies.

Oh! Sorry JB. Forgot to censor! It’s because I am a Tuggers bogan right? >.<

I kindly got

“F*** off you’re from Belco! More like Tuggers, you tool. Go steal a car.”

I actually am from Tuggeranong. I have been to Belco mall a total of three times now, and I was born and raised in Canberra. Don’t really see any reason to.

Our language filter cares naught for geography.

Application wouldn’t let me in. 🙂 Considering I’ve lived in Belconnen from 1978 – 98 and Feb 09 to now I reckon I’d get a decent score………….well I used to when Baringa Gardens existed.

Hahaha it was pretty easy, but there were questions in there that only a true Kambah-ian would know. Lol.

OzChick 12:22 pm 03 Jun 09

^ I did that one and I got.

“Are you even a Southsider? You must come from Belco cos even a 5 year old would get most of these questions right, do you even know what the Burnsie is?”

Well, I don’t really know cos I am a Northsider. Duh.

There is a ‘How Well Do You Know Kambah?’quiz making the rounds on there. I have to say that I passed with flyng colours.

I believe the same title with Tuggers instead of Belco.

Tuggers quiz? Do they even have internet down there?

Yeah… who would’ve thought? Unfortunately, the majority of those who do are under the age of 16 and still at high school.
