Human remains found in Murrumbidgee River

Police are investigating the discovery of human remains in the Murrumbidgee River on Sunday (1 December 2019).

ACT Policing says that on Sunday afternoon, officers attended an area of the river south of Kambah Pool after a call from a member of the public.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident, and the identity of the remains have not been confirmed.
