Police have released an image of a man they believe committed a one-punch assault outside a Civic nightclub last month.
It’s alleged the man assaulted another person outside the 88mph nightclub on Sunday, September 24.
Police said the victim suffered serious injuries and had to be taken to hospital.
The alleged offender is described as Pacific Islander in appearance with a medium build, dark hair and a beard.
He was wearing a black-hooded jumper, dark pants and had a black satchel bag at the time of the incident.
Police would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the alleged assault outside the venue or who may have further information.
There may have been a prior altercation between the victim and the accused inside the nightclub, and officers would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed anything between the pair.
