Currently there is a waiting list for the two lunch sessions being offered in the Promenade Café, but there is availability for both the Christmas Carvery Buffet $218.00 per person, and the Traditional Five Course Christmas Lunch at $238.00 per person, both of which are served in one of the Hyatt ballrooms.
