Two freestanding houses are for sale on the one block in the Belconnen suburb of Latham – offering the potential to buy both for a little over a million dollars.

“This is an example where because of the dual occupancy you are getting great affordability,” Mr Lewis said.

“It is much better than an apartment or townhouse and you are getting your own house on its own block of land.”
