Lorna Luft is appearing at the Playhouse on the 29th May 2008.
Lorna is the youngest daughter of the legendary Judy Garland and sister of Liza Minnelli. She is also the former partner of Barry Manilow.
She, in her own right, is a dazzling talent whose career stretches from Broadway, to London’s West End to Hollywood.
As one of the most vibrant, versatile and exciting artists on the stage today, Lorna will interpret some of the show stopper songs through the prism of her personal memories – remembering her brother-in-law Peter Allen, her work with Burt Bacharach, and her acclaimed work in ‘Guys and Dolls’.
It’s Lorna’s first visit to Canberra and she is being promoted by the divine Miss Coralie Wood.
