At 12PM on Saturday 24 August the Canberra Refugee Action Committee is holding a rally in Garema place as part of a ‘National Day of Action’ with organisations in other cities around the country.
There’s never a better time to have your voice heard than during an election, so if you think the PNG “Solution” has gone too far, and are concerned that the Liberal Party’s proposed policy of “turning back the boats” is alarmist, then come along and lend your support.
