ACTION buses is putting on special services to and from Thoroughbred Park this Melbourne Cup day, Tuesday 4 November 2014. If you are planning on having a few drinks at the races make sure you
play it safe and take the bus.
“Routes 56, 57, 58 will divert into Thoroughbred Park between 9 am and 6 pm,” said Director, Public Transport, James Roncon.
“The Red Rapid 200 will also service an additional stop on the corner of Flemington Road and Randwick Road for this event. Regular fares will apply.
“Free chartered ACTION buses will return to the City Bus Station from Thoroughbred Park from 4 pm until 8 pm.”
