A man is accused of urinating in his former-partner’s home before hitting his alleged victim.
An ACT Policing spokesperson said that at about 6:30 pm last night (21 October), the man was believed to be intoxicated when he went to his former partner’s residence carrying alcohol.
The woman asked him to leave; however, the man allegedly refused to leave and began threatening to kill her.
The man, 28, then allegedly began urinating on her carpet, couch and clothing.
When the woman told him to leave again, the man allegedly hit her in the face.
She contacted the police, who arrived at the scene. The 28-year-old was subsequently arrested.
He is scheduled to face the ACT Magistrates Court today (22 October), charged with aggravated common assault, damaging property, making threats to kill and contravening a family violence order.
