The Rivett residence where Bobby Stuart Allan died.
A 49-year-old Griffith man has faced the ACT Magistrates Court today (Thursday, 1 February 2018) charged with the murder of 48-year-old Bobby Stuart Allan.
Bobby Stuart Allan was found dying in the front yard of Rivett residence last December after being being violently assaulted.
He had gone to the Goodenia Street residence for help in the early hours of 17 December. He was only a short distance from where he lived at No 47.

In court, Dean Phillip Welsh pleaded not guilty to the charges and was remanded in custody after choosing not to apply for bail.
Police said the investigation was ongoing and homicide detectives anticipated further arrests.
