A 29-year-old man extradited from Goulburn on Tuesday will face the ACT Magistrates Court today on a number of outstanding charges, including family violence.

The man, who lives in the ACT, will face numerous outstanding charges including family violence, assault and traffic offences.

ACT Policing said investigations were ongoing, saying that it works with all jurisdictions for extraditions.

Acting Officer in Charge of Belconnen Police Station Brian Tadic said ACT Policing worked closely with all interstate law enforcement partners to ensure that alleged offenders were brought back to the ACT and put before the court.
