More Than just another Mortgage Broker

Deanna Ezzy is a mortgage broker rock star, whose eccentric style of operating not only brings an exciting wave of energy to the industry but has earned her awards like the Australian Mortgage Broker of the year 2013, Top 50 Elite Broker 2015 and a Top 100 broker for 2 years and Top 50 broker (nationwide) in 2017. Deanna recently launched her own company, More Than Mortgages, where service is a calling, not just another buzzword!

Deanna is clearly massively successful. When asked the secret to her success, she says it’s red wine! (Kidding!) It’s really adding big doses of fun to everything she does that makes her a joy to be with and a unicorn in the mortgage industry. Deanna also says building a work environment in which every person in the team is respected and valued is essential. In addition, Deanna lives by and fosters an environment where people are comfortable being their true selves without criticism or without judgement.

As a child, Deanna lacked stability and security because she moved around a lot, and therefore did not have a stable home. A huge amount of Deanna’s devotion to clients comes from knowing that she is helping the everyday Australian realise their worth by showing them how they can own their own home. More than anything else, it means so much to Deanna to be able to play a part in helping others find security and stability in their own lives.

Expecting a long and difficult process, Deanna purchased her first home with the help of a broker. Fortunately for her, the entire experience was hassle free and relatively easy. Deanna now replicates this experience for other people in a way that makes her clients richer for the experience.
