Today we made a MyBus Android Market update.
The new feature allows you to search for bus routes by suburb. This will help first time users of Action buses, who don’t yet know which route number they need, as well as finding bus routes you don’t normally use.
This new feature links in to our existing static timetable feature. We hope that in moving from searching by bus route number, to searching by suburb, we’re making catching the bus more viable as a method of of getting from A to B. When the GPS bus stop data is published by the government, we’ll be much closer still, as you’ll simply specify where you’d like to go.
Please let us know if you find this new feature useful when traveling to a new place via bus, we’d love to hear from you!
While we’ve been working on MyBus 2.0 for the community free of charge, many businesses and organizations have approached us seeking App Development. The past few months have been very exciting for us. As such, we’re proud to announce that we’ve recently incorporated, and we are now officially Imagine Team Pty Ltd.
Thanks for following along thus far!
