Police appeal for information following fatal crash at Tarago

Police are appealing for anyone with information about a fatal motorcycle crash south of Goulburn on Sunday (7 February) afternoon.

The male motorcyclist, believed to be aged 46, died after hitting a tree on Cullulla Road at Tarago, 40 km south of Goulburn, at around 12:15 pm.

Emergency services were called to the crash and found the rider critically injured.

NSW Ambulance paramedics and a doctor were airlifted to the accident site with the helicopter landing nearby. However, the man died at the scene.

Inquiries are now underway into the circumstances surrounding the crash and anyone with information is urged to call Goulburn Police (4824 0799) or Crime Stoppers (1800 333 000).
