Police are looking for a man who stole an electric bike outside a pub in Turner on Thursday, 5 July.

The pub’s CCTV footage shows a white ute, possibly an older model Mazda Bravo, reverse up to where the bicycle was locked in The RUC carpark around 2:30 pm.

The alleged offender then gets out of the car and cuts the lock before putting the bike in the vehicle and driving off.

In the footage, the man is seen wearing a dark baseball cap, grey hooded jumper, blue jeans and distinctive shoes with red stripes.

Police are urging anyone who may have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
