Canberra’s Landspeed Records will be celebrating Record Store Day on Saturday 19 April at 10am.
Record Store Day is an international celebration of independently owned music stores with physical locations where customers can browse the racks and talk to expert staff about new music and artists.
Record Store Day kicked off in 2008 and has grown bigger every year.
Despite the rise of music downloading, vinyl records are more popular than ever.
On sale on the day will be limited edition Record Store Day vinyl releases.
Landspeed will also hold a second hand vinyl sale with over 2000 second hand records for sale.
Landspeed Records is located at 30 Garema Place, CIVIC.
