It’s that time of year again. Despite the gig count being substantially lower than usual, the National Live Music Awards are back for 2020 with their awards ceremony to be beamed around the country. sideway is hosting the Canberra event on Tuesday, 20 October with local rapper Kirklandd and rising singer-songwriter Hope Wilkins both set to perform.
Roots, folk, blues and reggae music are taking over sideway on Saturday for Spring Harvest. It’s a celebration of the season and a wide range of artists in Canberra are itching to get back to the stage, including Kopasetic, Bobby James, s.wells, and Becoming.
University of Canberra’s The Well continues its Dinner with… series this Friday with an appearance from local four-piece Betty Alto. These seated dinner shows have a strict capacity, so get in quick.
