Santanarchy 2007 Canberra Pub Crawl

Help support the Make A Wish Foundation by participating in the ‘Santanarchy 2007 Canberra Pub Crawl’. This event is practiced all over the world and this year it is coming to Canberra!! You and your Santa dressed kin will be able to participate in the pub crawl, all the while raising money for the Make A Wish Foundation.

The Civic Pub in Braddon is this years start point. Arrive at 7:30 PM for a hearty dinner and receive your information sheet and route card. Depart at 8:30PM for a night on the town. Everyone over 18 is invited so bring your friends and even your enemies.

Prizes will be given out for:

Best Dressed Male
Best Dressed Female
Most Unusual Dressed*
Most Unusual Item*

*these categories are purely a fun component

All participants are required to join via the facebook event, or if not available email canberranights@gmail.com

Cost:

None! (except your dinner) It’s a charity event

7:30 PM Friday December 14th

I apologise – on re-reading my previous comment I realise there was potential for it to be misconstrued. I was attempting to clarify how the night would be utilised to raise money, which it is now clear will be achieved through voluntary contributions on the night.

I guess you are pulling the piss about alcohol being free. You don’t have to drink alcohol if you don’t want to, it’s about the pub crawl and collecting money. I never said anything about having to drink. At each venue, we will put a tin around to anyone dressed as Santa (and anyone else for that matter)

…does that mean our alcohol is supplied free of charge!? Where does the raising money for charity part come into things?!
