The most fundamental ‘vocation’ we all have is the ability to complete the daily tasks of living. With advances in speech pathology technology and inclusive practices in our society, people with communication disabilities eg stuttering and voice disorders or after-effects of stroke or head injuries, are now able to aspire to the work they feel drawn to – their vocation in life.
