Whether it’s a corporate Christmas party, a family outing, a be seen fashion queen or a social get-together, the CanPrint Communications Canberra Cup provides a day out that everyone can enjoy. Canberra’s Cup is now in it’s 75th year and is one of the exciting race days at Thoroughbred Park, home of the Canberra Racing Club, both on and off the track.

The Myer Fashions on the field competition boasts an impressive prize package including an all expenses paid trip for two to Hong Kong, including spending money to the winner of the Classic Ladies Race wear. There are cash prizes and Myer vouchers to be won to other categories, the Classic Mens and Classic Couples competition is always strong and well contested.

Thoroughbred Park boasts plenty of hospitality options for their race days including the Home Straight shared marquee where you can enjoy cocktail type food and a beverage package, overlooking the track, for the reasonably priced $170 per person or why not entertain staff in Catbird Lane for $100 – perfect for the end of year Christmas Party! The budget marquees are very reasonably priced at only $500 and fits up to 20 guests.

The children won’t be left out either with plenty of free entertainment for the young and young at heart, that will hold the kids attention whilst you enjoy the colour and anticipation of racing in the national capital.

Visit the Thoroughbred Park website for information at www.thoroughbredpark.com.au or contact (02) 6204 0000.

Thoroughbred Park – the thrill of it all.

It’s Olivia! Sorry, she has given away all her tickets!

I was going to say if you didn’t know who 3rd from the left was it’s nothing a staff wide email at DIAC wouldn’t be able to sort out.

I don’t agree with that comment, but do agree with Jivrashia (#1) that in this bunch I certainly would attempt to strike up a conversation with 3rd from the left!

Maybe you feel threatened by taller women which is why you are interested in the shortest of the bunch.

I really don’t like the boob-tube look chosen by #2 & #5, (although they are both gorgeous girls).
I don’t mean to be mean, but #1 looks like she made hers from an old curtain.
#4 seems to have chosen the most contemporary style, and it suits her.

In summary, were I a younger man, I would propose:
– Night out in Sydney: #4
– have my babies: #5
– two weeks on a yacht in Provence: #6

I like the look of the woman next to the Canberra Raiders’ jersey wearer in the background. Has a “why are they taking photos of those skanks” look.

GG the fillies look fine

They weren’t there last year… or if they were, I didn’t see them looking like this?

Third from the left please…
That’s a great apple sauce…
