Welcome to The RiotACT Gig Guide for the 28th of February to the 6th of March! Featuring this week is Sydney psychedelic pop group Adaptors, who will be in town as part of their ‘Crystal Eye’ single tour. They will be playing with Space Party at The Basement, starting 7 pm.
Speaking of psychedelic, there will be a huge night of psychedelic music at Transit Bar on Wednesday night, with international bands Flavor Crystals (USA) and New Candys (Italy) playing alongside Melbourne band The Baudelaires. These are three of the top billing bands from the Sydney and Melbourne Psych Festivals, so be sure not to miss out on what should be an outrageously stunning night!
Soundscapes is back on Thursday at Smith’s Alternative, and on Friday the wonderfully named Australian Beefweek Show will be playing Transit Bar with the hard-rockin’ Sketch Method, Fight Milk and Sloshpit. The Vee Bees will be back in town on Friday at the Phoenix, playing with FAT and Meatbeater, while the brilliant Il Bruto will be slaying it at Smith’s.
