A 38-year-old Holt woman is the third person to be charged in relation to the death of Glenn Walewicz.

Mr Walewicz was shot on the doorstep of his Phillip home on 10 June 2021 after receiving a knock on his door.

Nicole Williams briefly appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court this afternoon (7 June) where she did not apply for bail.

When she appeared, after being arrested this morning, she was charged with assisting the 18-year-old alleged murderer and others to avoid arrest between 10 June 2021 and 7 June 2022.

Ms Williams was handed another charge, alleging she conspired with the 18-year-old (who cannot be named as he was 17 at the time of the alleged offending) and others to commit an aggravated burglary between 8 June 2021 and 11 June 2021.

She did not enter pleas and Magistrate Glenn Theakston adjourned the case until 20 June.

The 18-year-old Page man was charged with murder and did not apply for bail when he faced ACT Children’s Court on Monday (6 June).

Ms Williams is the third person to be arrested in relation to Mr Walewicz’s death, with the first being 19-year-old Reatile Ncube earlier this week. He was charged with accessory to murder and was refused bail on Saturday (4 June).

Investigations into Mr Walewicz’s death continue. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, using reference number 6821216.
