TransACT have got a contract to supply all of the National Library’s telecommunications services.
Here’s the TransACT press release.
I assume this means all phone and internet services. Which is handy if you’re a TransACT phone customer and a National Library user, you can phone the library to reserve books with no call charge…..
I’ve been impressed in the past with how good National Library’s internet systems are set up, despite being a government body, I guess this shows they’re also looking for good value and quality service (well, better than Telstra provides!) from others.
