A garage in Waramanga has been completely destroyed by a blaze on Thursday (9 May).
Following multiple 000 calls, ACT Fire & Rescue were alerted to a fire in a detached garage on Larakia Street, Waramanga.
Firefighters arrived and found the garage well alight, they worked to contain the fire to the structure to ensure it did not spread to surrounding homes.
The fire has been fully extinguished and firefighters are working to ensure the area is safe.
ACT Fire & Rescue would like to thank the community for their vigilance in reporting the fire, to enable crews to act quickly and get to the scene as fast as possible.
