ACT Fire & Rescue on scene at a house fire on Faithfull Circuit, Kambah.

Fire in a roof space.

Fire is under control in the sealed metal roof space of the three bedroom house.

Three fire pumpers on scene, with the Breathing Apparatus vehicle and a command officer.

Kitchen and roof space has sustained some fire damage. Remainder of the house has extensive heat and smoke damage.

Time of Emergency Triple Zero (000) call 9.16am.

ACT Ambulance Service also scene supporting operations with no injuries reported.

No-one home at time of fire.

ACT Fire & Rescue continuing air monitoring and ventilation operations with the Hazardous Materials Unit.

Investigations into the cause of the fire are underway.

Estimated damage $200,000.

Fire originated in the kitchen, cause of fire unknown.
