My poor little Humphrey loves to go to Forde Dog Park.
We probably go twice a week, but there is a problem. Humphrey often has no friends at the dog park.
I have considered taking him to Belconnen to try and find a friend.
I was wondering what times/days people visit the dog park so that I can find Humphrey a friend??
I’m sure my Casey and Jack would love to make new friends, like your Humphrey, but I don’t take them to the Forde Dog Park anymore due to the inconsiderate people who didn’t dispose of their cigarette butts thoughtfully. My dogs get up to enough mischief without having cigarette butts going through their system as well…
We just moved to Forde and are at the park several times a week with our 2 dogs. It seems that 5:30-6 is a good time to be there. We have met quite a few others in the neighbourhood around that time.
Poor little lonely Humphrey. What kind of a Humphrey is he?

Burnese Mountain Dogs are the only dogs that are allowed to be called Humphrey… its in the Constitution… or something.

He’s a cat.
Wait, that’s the problem
He’s a labradoodle. Very cute but hyper and in need of a friend.
I guess we will head over between 5.30 and 6pm and try our luck!!
A labradoodle isn’t that little! Well, I hope he finds some friends to play with.

Well I will keep an eye out for your. We were there last night, and there were 10+ dogs. Plenty of new friends for Humphrey. You can also check on the Best of Canberra Meetup group as I am starting to organize Doggy Meetups on there. (http://www.meetup.com/Best-of-Canberra-Social-Meetup-Group/)

That’s a great web site but are there really 195 people meeting to play Ukuleles in Canberra?!
Ukuleles are hot right now. Jeez, get with the program.
