Any chance of a name being released?

Given the age & area that they’re from, I’m reasonably confident I’ll at least know of the person involved.

Sounds akin to getting hackers to work for the government in data gathering/cyber warfare?

At least such an outcome would result in him spending government revenues on productive pursuits rather than policing/courts/gaol.

For every idiot the coppers have to chase on minor matters resources are directed away from more important areas where they are sorely needed.

You don’t realise how much graffiti is around on our fences and such untill you have been away. Hell people put down Queanbeyan; but it’s clean ( actually Queanbeyan is lookin better to live every day; or Googong or Tralee, when it gets going )
I spend a little time in Wangarrata, and commented to the motel owner some years ago how there was no graffiti; unlike Canberra. She mentioned how a bloke was caught doing over stores in the main street, and he ended up in the can.
