Carpet Cleaning in Gungahlin area?

Thanks all. I ended up using Phil Belgrove carpet cleaning recommended by users on this forum from the thread about 2 years ago. It cost me $150 and he did a great job. Came in the morning on Tuesday to give me quote and able to to the job the next day. The carpet is cleaned thoroughly and not dripping wet as I thought. I would recommended his service to my friends and colleagues in the future or using his service again.

After a friend recommended him, I always use the Carpet Doctor. This year I paid $220 for 7 rooms (if I recall correctly). I am not sure what impact stairs would have on the price. I would employ the Carpet Doctor even if he worked out more expensive than other carpet cleaners because he does a good job and doesn’t leave the place absolutely dripping with water as some carpet cleaners do. He is also friendly, relaxed and reliable (in my experience).

I would recommend what Nudist , i.e to hire the cleaning machine. Just ensure that you use proper cleaning agent. The machine and the agent would do the work for you.

Moreover not every carpet cleaning company has any thing special, My undertstanding is that they just use more powerful chemicals, not some thing advisable if you have pets or kids.

Save yourself the money and it yourself. Hire the ‘rug doctor carpet” cleaning machine from magnetmark in Gungahlin for about $50

I’ve used Carpet Cleaning by Rex before with good results.
