ACT Policing has arrested and charged a 24-year-old man with drug-trafficking after executing a Drugs of Dependence Act search warrant in Belconnen yesterday.
Members of the ACT Criminal Investigations Crime Targeting Team with assistance from National Canine Operations executed the search warrant at a residence in Belconnen.
During the search of the premises police seized a quantity of cocaine, methylamphetamine and cannabis along with scales and equipment associated with drug trafficking. A large sum of cash was also seized.

A second warrant was executed on a premises in Gungahlin, where another large sum of cash was seized.
The 24-year-old man was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled drug other than cannabis. He will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court this morning where police will oppose bail.
