A Gordon man has been charged with committing an act of indecency on a person under 16 after Police were called to a Tuggeranong department store on Sunday (22 December).
The 49-year-old was apprehended a short time later at a nearby store and will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Monday, December 23).
