luckily I was looking to the north/north west when I saw some ‘flashes’ come down at incredible speed (when compared to usually seeing aircraft poodle around the sky). I wish I had managed to get a shot but I was cowering from a passing rain shower at the time. 🙂

Yep, I saw a large Meteor too. I would have seen it for a few seconds before it disappeared behind the roofline of the house

I was in Ainslie, facing West, and somewhat still light, so not sure that it was the same one you saw. It was incredibly bright and burned Green (yay Copper)

Even more impressive is the smoke trail it left. I’ve never seen that before
