The Property Council has announced the ACT’s nominees for the 2013 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards:
“These three projects demonstrate the ACT property industry’s commitment to excellence,” says ACT Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia, Catherine Carter.
“Two of the nominees have been recognised for breathing new life into ageing landmarks, through the modernisation of the RM Hope Building on King’s Avenue, and the adaptive re-use of Juliana House in Woden.
“The third nominee is the state-of-the-art sustainable headquarters of the Department of Health and Ageing’s Sirius Building in Woden,” Ms Carter explains.
“All finalists are in the running for the property industry’s coveted Gold Logie – the Australian Development of the Year award.”
Not the Oscar mind you, the Logie.
