ABC treating Westin with kiddie gloves?

Wonder if she will show up.

Surely she has a case against the court? I mean she’s been told time and time again that “this is you last chance”, only to find after being sprung yet again that it actually wasn’t her last chance – this was.
So many times you have to wonder if they led her to believe that it just wasn’t true and therefore she could continue on with her stupid ways with impunity…

You have to pity the child who has to grow up in such a household (not sure you could call it a home). Going into foster arrangements MIGHT just give the child a chance.

The court has decided that she will now go to jail fulltime in a weeks time. She was given a week’s grace to deal with custody and health issues relating to her young daughter.

I see the court has asked for additional information from the weekend detention people, such as what directions they gave Westin about what she could take in with her. Duh!!! If she needs to be told not to take dope into jail with her, she must need someone to tell her when to breath in and breath out.

Don’t get your hopes up too much guys.

No kidding, I’m going to go and watch… foam glove, pop corn and all! I’ll even have booze and party popper ready for when the real sentence is handed down.

so hopefully on Thursday she’ll get a real sentence then.

If I was Todd Carney I’d be really pissed off with the punishment I’d recieved when compared to the treatment Westin’s getting.

oh come on, she was smashed when she killed that bloke and she’s been found with drugs again? i’d punish her showing no remorse but i’m like that. =P

She was fined $75 for the possession of cannabis and ordered to reappear in court on Thursday for breaching the conditions of her suspended sentence.
