Philip Williams returns as the host of Stateline whilst Kathleen Hyland continues on maternity leave.
Tonight’s program includes:
* The allegations against Canberra restaurants that they are underpaying and mistreating
immigrant workers – and the responses from the owners of the restaurants named by
Kate Lundy in the Parliament;
* The baby Brumbies – profiles of the young generation players being mentored by Matt Giteau;
* Desert Art in Bungendore and
* Menzies Walk created on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin.

TONIGHT AT 7.30

Oh OK, Queensland now give us a vague idea of what they’re up to as well – but the rest are still asleep. Or scratching around for ideas.

I’d like to congratulate the ACT Stateline people on being the only ones in the country to actually indicate tonight’s stories on the ABC “Stateline” webpage….all the other States were still wishing us happy festive holidays etc (at least, that was the case earlier this morning).
