The Australian National University is proud to host an uprising event in Canberra in support of V Days One Billion Rising Event to stop violence against women. The ANU would like to invite all Canberra women and the men who love them to come together at the ANUs Union Court at 1.30pm on February 14th 2013 for 30 minute uprising to show your commitment to cease this violence.
This event is proudly supported by Canberras anti-violence organisations including the Domestic Violence Crisis Service, White Ribbon, Rape Crisis Centre and Womens Legal and many more.
