After the huge success of their inaugural concert in August, the Canberra Wind Symphony returns to the stage in October for their second installment for 2015.
Join this stunning wind orchestra – the freshest contributor to the international wind music conversation – for an evening of musical magic with compositions by James Barnes, Eric Whitacre, Philip Sparke, Derek Bourgeois and Percy Grainger.
By popular demand a second session has been added, but be quick to book. Under the baton of Artistic Director Geoff Grey, this concert is in support of beyondblue, helping fight depression in Australian farmers.
