Canberra’s Samantha Harvey has left Married at First Sight, just three weeks into the show, after finding out her reality television ‘husband’ Cameron Dunne had developed feelings for Coco Stedman.

The 31-year-old single mother said Cam had wasted her time by forcing her to stay on the show for another week, after he wrote “stay” and she wrote “leave” at the previous commitment ceremony, only to spend time with Coco.

“This man has been a monumental waste of my time, and I can’t wait to run out of that door and go home,” she said on Sunday night.

“His actions are not what he’s said to me. He said he was a man of morals.”

The successful entrepreneur is known in Canberra for her property development business, Milburn Estate, and online hair product range, Kaikora.

Sam entered the show for a second chance at love after being cheated on by her husband of nearly 10 years, the father of her six-year-old and seven-year-old sons.

“I came here for somebody real, and I came into this with a lot of hope,” she said.

Cam, a Victorian crane operator, seemed like the perfect fit after telling the country girl he was a country bloke. However, it wasn’t meant to be.

Sam said she was completely shocked to hear Cam and Coco had developed feelings.

The property developer previously told Region Media she was still wearing her wedding ring months after filming wrapped up, which sounded as if she was due to reappear on the show with a new husband.

However, Sam cancelled several media appearances on Monday, which suggested she really had left the show for good.

Despite viewers knowing for several episodes that sparks were flying between Cam and Coco, Sam said it was a “complete surprise” to find out the pair were something of an item at the dinner party.

More details came out about Cam and Coco’s relationship at the commitment ceremony.

More details about Cam and Coco’s budding romance came out on the couch, in front of the experts on Sunday night; however, neither was game enough to admit they’d exchanged a kiss moments before the ceremony.

Sam was particularly upset that she had to endure intimacy week with Cam while he was building a connection with Coco outside of their apartment.

“I came here for somebody real and I came into this with a lot of hope,” she said.

“Because I had to stay, I gave it as much as I could.

“I put up with a man who doesn’t deserve a minute of my time.”

The social media accounts of show participants were quiet on Monday, so it’s anyone’s guess as to whether Cam and Coco are still together and where Sam ended up.
