Police have released CCTV footage of a man who allegedly assaulted another man at a nightclub in June, in an attempt to identify him.
Around 4 am on 29 June, police allege the man had a brief altercation with the victim on the dancefloor of the Cube Nightclub in Civic. Shortly after this altercation, the man has allegedly punched the victim once in the head, knocking the victim unconscious.
The alleged offender is described as Aboriginal in appearance, about 183cm (6’0”) tall, with an athletic build.
He was wearing a white hooded jumper, black pants and black trainers at the time of the alleged assault.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may be able to identify the man from the CCTV footage.
